We sit down with you and your team and learn how your business really runs. The steps, the shortcuts, the things that were never written down. Then we put it all on the record, so it no longer lives in one person's head. We call that your Business Brain.

How we're different
A consultant studies your business, hands you a report and leaves. We don't. We build the actual thing, we run it, and we stay to keep it working. When your business changes, we change it with you.
There's a name for this: a Managed Intelligence Provider. In plain English, it means we build it and keep it running for you.

Who's behind it
iTransform was founded by Charles Gervais. Charles spent more than 20 years in telecom and the last 10 putting AI and automation to work in real businesses.
Over the past 8 years he has sat down with about 200 small and mid-sized business owners across Canada. Same story almost every time: the business runs through the owner's head. That's where the Business Brain came from.
Charles sits on the advisory board of UNB's Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (DAIR).
