What we collect

• When you book a chat or email us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you visit this website: the basic details every website sees, like your type of browser and your IP address (the number your internet provider gives your device).

Why we use it

To answer you, set up the meeting you booked, send you what you asked for, and do the work if you become a client. That's it.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We never share it, except with the tools we use to run our business (listed below).
• We don't use your information to train public AI tools.

The tools that handle your information

We use a few trusted services to run our business. They only get what they need to do their job:

• HighLevel: our booking page and customer records, and the emails it sends (through Mailgun)
• Microsoft 365: our email
• Cloudflare: runs and protects this website
• Google Fonts: loads the lettering on this website

Some of these services store information in Canada and some in the United States.

If you're a client

When we work on your business, we see business information like orders, invoices and how you do things. We use it only to do the work you asked for, and we keep it private. The details are in our agreement with you.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This website doesn't use advertising cookies. Our booking page may use cookies so the booking works.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to talk with you or work with you. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Just email business@itransform.co. We'll answer within 30 days, which is the time Canadian privacy law gives us.
